Fung is concurrently general manager of Hang Seng Investment Management. Fung was former managing director of Advisory Sales at DBS Bank (Hong Kong); treasurer and head of Capital Markets at Commonwealth Bank of Australia; and head of the Hong Kong Dollar Markets at The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited.
