Jose L. Osmeña, Jr., Executive Vice President, is the Co-Segment Head of the Retail Banking Business Segment. With over 30 years at the bank, he has held various roles, including Branch Head and Deputy Segment Head. Prior to joining China Bank, he worked at Insular Bank of Asia and America and Producers Bank of the Philippines. Jose holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, an MBA from the University of San Carlos, and has completed advanced programs in bank management and various financial trainings.
