Delfin Jay M. Sabido IX is the Senior Vice President and Chief Innovation and Transformation Officer at the bank. He leads the Innovation and Transformation Segment and serves as a Director at Chinabank Properties & Computer Center, Inc. With over 25 years of global technology experience, Delfin has previously held executive roles at AXA Philippines, Stratpoint, Ionics EMS, IBM Philippines, and Wave Optics, Inc. He holds a Ph.D. and Master’s in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University and a summa cum laude Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of the Philippines. His training includes banking, finance, technology, LOMA, and corporate governance.
