Ramakrishnan is the head of Digital and ATM Channels, Retail Banking Asia Pacific at ANZ. Prior to joining ANZ in 2014, he worked with Standard Chartered Bank as digital programme director for Middle East, Pakistan, Africa, and Germany, where he managed and executed all digital initiatives. A former vice president at Citibank, he was also previously connected with Standard Chartered Bank as senior manager for Channels and Payments, United Arab Emirates; and regional head for Alternate Channels, Middle East and Africa.
