Cross is the managing director and chief innovation officer of DBS, where he drives the bank’s innovation agenda across its key axes of growth, namely, Greater China, Southeast Asia, and South Asia. Prior to DBS, Cross was responsible for driving innovation as vice president of MasterCard Labs in the company’s Asia/Pacific, Middle East, and Africa regions; and was spokesperson for innovation, helping plan and rollout MasterCard’s engagement programmes. Cross, a strong advocate for innovation thinking and culture, has more than 20 years of experience in technology, innovation, and financial services.
