Gledhill is the group executive and head of Group Technology and Operations at DBS Bank, managing over 5,000 staff across the region. He focuses on strengthening the bank’s technology and infrastructure platform to drive greater resilience, organisational flexibility, and innovation. David also spearheads several transformation initiatives including customer experience and process innovation. Before joining DBS in 2008, he held progressively senior positions with regional responsibilities in J.P. Morgan where he was involved with several mergers, off-shoring, as well as regionalisation of the bank’s operations.
