Li Zhengqiang serves as Chairman of Dalian Commodity Exchange, that deals with commodity futures exchange and is regulated by China securities regulatory commission (CSRC). He holds a P.h.D. in Economics from Peking University. Prior to his appointment as chairman, he served as the chief executive officer of Dalian Commodity Exchange from 2012 to 2014.
