Michiyuki Okano has served as senior managing executive officer and CIO as well as manager of finance Infrastructure at Shinsei Bank since September 2012. He joined the bank in May 2001, and has previously served as COO of the financial infrastructure division, director of retail business, director of process control, director of business focus, executive officer, chief director of operations, chief director of retail services, director of business concentration, director of retail systems, director of corporation support and manager of the bank’s Cayman branch.
