Xiaoxuan Lin has served as CIO of Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (ICBC) since November 2010. Since joining ICBC in 1989, Lin has been general manager of the information and technology department (from 2001), and chief officer of information and technology and general manager of the IT department (from July 2009). He also served as chief of the technology protection section and head of software development and operation centre of ICBC Fujian Branch, deputy general manager of technology protection department of the head office, as well as general manager of the IT department of ICBC and for a period of time general manager of ICBC’s data centre. Currently, Lin is also president of Financial Computer of China magazine.
