With over 20 years of leadership experience in the financial services industry, Frank Hamer currently serves as the head of Transaction Banking Group at the Saudi Hollandi Bank, Saudi Arabia. Experienced in representation to senior corporate decision makers and Asian governments, he has a track record in region and country management, relationship coverage, transaction banking, corporate finance, capital markets and credit risk management. Prior to this appointment, he held the position as the Global Head of Transaction Banking at the National Bank of Abu Dhabi and was globally responsible for trade finance and cash product management and sales to wholesale banking clients. He was also responsible for developing and commercializing electronic banking portals for payments, liquidity and collections management as well as trade finance, as well as establishing matrix organization for GTB product delivery in UAE, Oman, Kuwait, Bahrain, Jordan, Egypt, U.K., France, Switzerland, U.S. and Hong Kong.
