Ms. Yuen-Mei Fung, also known as Anita, has been a Director of Airport Authority Hong Kong since June 2010 and Hong Kong Exchanges & Clearing Limited since April 29, 2015. She has served as the Chief Executive Officer of Hong Kong operations at The Hong Kong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Ltd. since 2011, and also served as its Head of Global Banking and Markets of Asia-Pacific and Group General Manager. Ms. Fung joined HSBC in 1996 as the Head of Domestic Markets in its treasury and capital markets division. She served as Head of Global Banking and Markets - Asia-Pacific at The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited. She received a Master's Degree in Applied Finance from Macquarie University in 1995. Ms. Fung holds a Bachelor's Degree in Social Science, with a major in Finance, from the University of Hong Kong.
