Mr. Kaura holds the position of Managing Director and oversees Transaction Banking in the Asia Pacific, Africa, and the Middle East regions. His responsibilities span various areas including Treasury, Payments, Cash Management, Supply Chain, Trade Management, and Short-Term Lending, across more than 40 markets within the bank's core operations. Additionally, he serves as the Global Head of Digital Collateral, Content, and Bid Management within Transaction Banking. Mr. Kaura is also actively involved in promoting diversity and inclusion initiatives, serving as Co-Chair of the Wholesale Bank Diversity & Inclusion Council and the Transaction Banking Diversity & Inclusion Council. Furthermore, he represents Transaction Banking in various capacities such as the Learning & Development Council and as a Global representative for the CCIB Future Ready Workforce.
