Hang Seng Bank has appointed Kathy Cheung, the current chief risk officer, as the chief risk and compliance officer starting from 1 June. Cheung initially joined Hang Seng Bank in March 2022. Previously, she served as the chief risk officer for HSBC Hong Kong and accumulated over 21 years of experience at HSBC. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting from the University of Washington.
