Since February 2011, Mr. Huang Zhiling has served as the Chief Risk Officer of the Bank. Prior to this role, he held the position of general manager of the risk management department from April 2006. Before joining the Bank, he held several key positions at China Cinda Asset Management Corporation, including director of the asset disposal review committee, director of the asset disposal decision-making committee office, director of the president office, and director of the party committee office. Earlier in his career, he served as deputy general manager of the administrative office and secretary to the party team at China Construction Bank. Mr. Huang is also a respected researcher, having received a special grant from the PRC government. He earned his Ph.D. in finance from Shaanxi Institute of Finance and Economics in 1991.
