Jimmy Ng serves as the Group Head of Operations and Regional Technology and Operations at DBS Bank, where he oversees operations across various sectors, including Consumer and Institutional Banking, Customer Contact Centre, and Treasury & Markets. He spearheaded the Operations Processes and Platform Re-engineering program, resulting in significant efficiency gains since 2021. Additionally, he leads regional Technology & Operations teams excluding those in India and China. With previous experience as Group Head of Technology & Operations, Ng facilitated the launch of a technology hub in Guangzhou, China, and successfully integrated technology and operations for DBS Taiwan and Lakshmi Vilas Bank. He has a diverse background spanning leadership roles in Audit and Consumer Banking Operations at DBS and 13 years of experience at ABN Amro. Ng holds a Bachelors of Science in Information Systems from the National University of Singapore and a Masters in Business Administration from Nanyang Technological University.
