Before his tenure at UnionDigital Bank, Henry Aguda, FICD, served as the CTOO and CTO at UnionBank of the Philippines. Additionally, he chairs the Board of UBX Philippines. Notably, he was named "Digital Banker of the Year" by The Digital Banker Global Retail Banking Innovation Awards. Aguda also leads the Digital Infrastructure Group of the Private Sector Advisory Council (PSAC), advocating for private sector involvement in government digitization through initiatives like GoDigitalPilipinas.
