Lito Villanueva, an acclaimed figure in digital transformation and inclusive digital finance in the Philippines, holds the position of Executive Vice President and Chief Innovation and Inclusion Officer at RCBC, while also serving as the Chief Digital Transformation Advisor for the Yuchengco Group of Companies. He spearheaded RCBC's digital evolution, introducing groundbreaking innovations like the award-winning DiskarTech app, the country's first multilingual financial inclusion super app, and ATM Go, the first community-based handheld ATM device covering all provinces nationwide. Under his guidance, RCBC garnered numerous regional and global accolades, including Best Bank for Digital in the Philippines for three consecutive years. Villanueva is also the founding chairman of Fintech Alliance.ph and holds leadership positions in various industry organizations. Recognized with over 70 global and regional awards, he is known for his contributions to digital finance and innovation, backed by two graduate degrees and completion of the Digital Transformation by Design programme at the University of Cambridge.
