Ajai Bambawale currently serves as Group Head and Chief Risk Officer at TD Bank Group, where he oversees risk management across TD's global operations. Prior to this role, he held the position of Chief Risk Officer for TD Bank, America's Most Convenient Bank, and served as Vice Chair and Head of the Europe and Asia-Pacific Division at TD Securities. With over 25 years at TD, Ajai has held various roles in the Commercial Bank, Risk, and Corporate and Investment Bank, including Chief Operating Officer for TD Securities and Head of Credit Risk for the Investment Bank. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Delhi University, an MBA from Duke University, and has completed the Advanced Risk Management Program at the Wharton School in 2011.
