Mr. Rakesh Jha holds the position of Executive Director on the Board of ICICI Bank, where he oversees the bank's retail, small enterprise, and corporate banking operations. Additionally, he holds board positions in several ICICI subsidiaries, including ICICI Lombard General Insurance Company Limited, ICICI Securities Limited, ICICI Home Finance Company Limited, and ICICI Venture Funds Management Company Limited. With a tenure at ICICI since 1996, Jha has served in various capacities, including Group Chief Financial Officer in his previous role. He holds a management degree from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, and an engineering degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi.
