In October 2023, Nell became the Chief Executive at Westpac Institutional Bank, overseeing a variety of international banking services. Starting at Westpac in February 2021 as Managing Director of Financial Markets, she brought 21 years of experience from Goldman Sachs, where she led the Global Markets division in Australia and New Zealand. Nell holds a Master of Philosophy from Cambridge University and a First Class Honours Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Sydney. Besides her leadership at Westpac, she actively participates in industry associations like the Australian Financial Markets Association, AICD, and Chief Executive Women.
