Michael Pizzi serves as the Head of Technology and Chairman and CEO of the Morgan Stanley Private Bank, National Association, and the Morgan Stanley Bank, N.A. He is a member of the Morgan Stanley Operating and Management Committees. Previously, Pizzi led the digital self-directed business at Morgan Stanley Wealth Management and served as the CEO of ETRADE Financial before its acquisition by Morgan Stanley. With a diverse background, he held various executive roles at ETRADE, including COO, CFO, and Chief Risk Officer, and has experience in asset/liability management and capital markets research from his earlier positions at Lehman Brothers, First Maryland Bank, and the Federal Reserve Board. Pizzi holds a BA in Economics from Ursinus College and is actively involved in serving on boards, including Ursinus College and Junior Achievement of Greater Washington.
