Bruce Ross, Group Head of Technology & Operations at RBC, directs global technology and operations strategy for the bank's five businesses. As a key executive, he contributes to setting the overall strategic direction, serving on the Group Executive and the Group Operating Committee. Since 2014, Bruce has led transformative technology initiatives, driving RBC's ambition to be the leading digitally enabled relationship bank. With over 30 years of experience, he previously held leadership roles at IBM, contributing thought leadership to financial institutions globally. Bruce, a professional engineer and University of Western Ontario graduate, is actively involved in various Canadian business and community organizations, including the United Way.
