Khaled is the Head of Global Transaction Business at Banque Saudi Fransi, responsible for cash management strategy and digitization of transaction banking. He oversaw the transformation of the Global Transaction Services into a comprehensive business of cash management, e-channels development and implementation, contact center, ATM and POS business. He also holds the title of Chief Information Officer. Prior to this, Khaled held senior positions in prestigious banks as AGM of Remote Delivery Channel, E-Business Head, and Senior Internet Banking Manager.
