Cobban is managing director and chief operating officer of the Technology and Operations group of DBS based in Singapore. He leads DBS’ Innovation group,overseeing operational excellence, customer experience, IT project office and lean IT deployment, procurement, real estate, technology and operational risk, and business continuity management.
