Vlad Shpilsky was appointed to his current role in early 2025, overseeing TD’s global technology strategy, platform delivery, data management, and cybersecurity. He joined TD in October 2024 as U.S. Chief Information Officer, bringing over 20 years of experience in technology leadership across global IT operations, strategy, and engineering. Prior to TD, Vlad held senior roles at Bank of America—including Global Banking CIO—and spent 10 years in equity derivatives and electronic trading technology at Credit Suisse. He holds a graduate degree in Computer Science from SUNY Stony Brook.
