Ms. Tjioe has extensive experience in the banking and technology sectors. She held the position of Director of Technology & Operations at PT Bank Permata Tbk from 2013 to 2016 and at PT Bank Commonwealth from 2016 to 2020. Prior to these roles, she served as Director of Operations at PT Bank HSBC Indonesia from 2012 to 2013 and as Director of Operations & Technology at Bank Putra Surya Perkasa from 1994 to 1998. Her earlier roles include Director of Technology Systems at PT Mainsis Dharmatama Canggih from 1985 to 1989, General Manager of Information Technology at PT Bank Dharmala from 1989 to 1994, and Head of Operations & Technology at Citibank Indonesia from 1998 to 2008.
