Ranil Boteju is currently the Global Head of Analytics and CRM at HSBC Retail Banking and Wealth Management at HSBC London. He was previously the regional head of analytics and modelling, with accountability for all customer, product and channel analytics across 13 geographies in the Asia Pacific region. With over 15 years of experience in analytics and data driven marketing, he has held a range of senior leadership roles in marketing analytics at organisations such as the Commonwealth Bank of Australia,Vodafone New Zealand and Standard Chartered Bank. His core skills are the ability to build best practice analytical marketing capabilities, scaling them for productivity and regionalisation and extending them into the digital, as well as build and lead teams of high performing analytical marketers across multiple geographies.
