Obtained a Master of Business Adminstration from University of Technology, Sydney and MA in Sociology from Lueven University, Belgium, Bach previously held the position of Chief Representative of Hanoi Office for Deutsche Bank AG Vietnam and was appointed to Head of Transaction Banking Division in November 2009.
