José Viñals is currently appointed as Chairman of Standard Chartered Bank. Prior to his current position, he was the group chairman of Standard Chartered PLC. José is a board member of the Institute of International Finance (IIF) and a Member of the IIF’s Group of Trustees of the Principles for Stable Capital Flows and Fair Debt Restructuring. He is also a member of the board of directors of the Bretton Woods Committee and serves as a board member of the Social Progress Imperative.
