Michael Zerbs is the group head for technology and operations at Bank of Novia Scotia. He has more than 30 years of working experience, he began at Algorithmics, rising to President and COO, then VP, Risk Analytics at IBM. Later, he assumed diverse senior leadership roles at Bank of Nova Scotia.
