Bittercourt has over 20 years of experience working in banks in Brazil. He began working at Itau Unibanco, then went to HSBC before joining Santader Brasil in 2023. Throughout his career, he has worked primarily in CRM and digital platforms. In addition to his current work, he is the CEO of F1RST Digital Services.
