Mr. Manish Chawla was appointed Chief Operations Officer and Executive Vice President at the Bank, effective July 1, 2023. Previously, he served as Site Head at Citigroup Business Process Solutions and Head of Operations & Technology at Citibank Philippines. With 20 years of experience in consumer operations, Mr. Chawla's background includes roles in collections and project management at Citibank in Indonesia and Singapore, as well as positions at GE Capital and GE SBI Cards. He holds a Master of Finance and Control from Kurukshetra University, India.
