Leila C. Martin has returned to LANDBANK as the new Executive Vice President of the Digital Banking Sector, starting January 3, 2023. Previously, she served as President and CEO of OFBank since October 1, 2019, and before that, she led LANDBANK’s North NCR Branches Group. Her expertise has earned her recognition in audit management, branch banking operations, and project management. Leila holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communication from Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila and a Postgraduate Degree in Business Administration from Colegio de San Juan de Letran. She has also enhanced her banking knowledge with courses in rural banking in Japan and an International Study on Rural Banking and Finance at Massey University in New Zealand.
