Armand Wahyudi Hartono has been the Deputy President Director at BCA since 2016, following his role as Director from 2009. He oversees the Regional Network, Branch Operations, Consumer Banking, and Commercial SME Banking, and manages operational units including Contact Centers, Digital Services, E-Channel, Settlement Services, and International Banking. Before joining BCA, he was Head of Regional Planning and Development from 2004 to 2009 and held several executive roles at PT Djarum from 1998 to 2004. He began his career as an analyst at JP Morgan Singapore in 1997. Mr. Hartono holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of California, San Diego, and a Master of Science in Engineering Economic Systems and Operations Research from Stanford University.
