Cindy serves as the Head of Risk Management at Citibank HK Limited (CHKL), having joined Citi in 1991. With over 30 years of experience in the Consumer Banking Industry, she oversees CHKL's Consumer lending activities and manages a team of seasoned risk officers. Cindy is adept at identifying and managing material and emerging risks, including climate risk, throughout the consumer credit cycle. She has successfully navigated the Bank through various economic downturns, including the Asian Financial Crisis, HK Bankruptcy Crisis, Global Financial Crisis, and COVID pandemic. Over her career at Citi, she has contributed to milestone projects across Asia Pacific and is currently co-chairing the Data Working Group sponsored by the Hong Kong Centre for Green and Sustainable Finance, working to address data challenges in managing Climate Risk.
