Ms. JIANG, appointed in 2021, serves as the Chief Risk Officer of the Group, overseeing overall risk control and management, including BOCHK’s Risk Management Department, Legal & Compliance, Operational Risk Management Department, and Financial Crime Compliance Department. Additionally, she holds a directorship at BOC Life. Prior to joining the Group, Ms. JIANG served as General Manager of the Corporate Banking Department at BOC. With a tenure at BOC since 1993, she held various roles, including General Manager of the e-Banking Department, Channel Management Department, and Qingdao Branch. Ms. JIANG brings extensive experience and a global perspective to the financial industry. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in International Trade from Sun Yat-sen University and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Cambridge, UK.
