Mr. Nitin Chugh, a seasoned banker with 30 years of experience, currently holds the position of Deputy Managing Director and Head of Digital Banking at State Bank of India. Before joining SBI in March 2022, he served as MD and CEO of Ujjivan Small Finance Bank from December 2019 to September 2021, and spent over 18 years at HDFC Bank, where he held various leadership positions in retail banking. With his engineering and MBA background, Mr. Chugh is highly respected in the industry for his expertise in retail and digital banking, notably leading HDFC Bank's digital transformation from 2013 to 2019.
