Christian Bluhm assumed the role of Group Chief Risk Officer for UBS Group AG and UBS AG in January 2016, following his tenure as Chief Risk & Financial Officer at FMS Wertmanagement. Prior to this, he held various positions at Credit Suisse, including Managing Director overseeing Credit Risk Management globally. Mr. Bluhm's expertise extends to roles at Hypovereinsbank and Deutsche Bank, with a background in Structured Finance Analytics and Credit Risk Management. He holds a degree in mathematics and informatics from the University of Erlangen-Nuremberg, where he also obtained his PhD in mathematics in 1996.
