Tj Lim, the Group Risk Officer, began his career at JP Morgan in 1983, playing a pivotal role in initiating the swap business. He later served as European Head of Fixed Income at UBS and Co-Head of the Global Markets Division at Dresdner Kleinwort Benson. Moving to Merrill Lynch, he held the position of Managing Director and Head of International Debt Markets. Tj then founded New Smith Financial Products before joining UniCredit Group in 2008. In October 2016, he assumed the role of Group Deputy Chief Risk Officer, overseeing the management and disposals of Non-Performing Loans and Distressed Assets. He later advanced to Group Chief Risk Officer in September 2017, focusing on strategic risk management and policy formulation. Since May 2021, Tj has continued in his role as Group Risk Officer.
