As RBC's Chief Risk Officer since 2018, Graeme directs enterprise-wide risk management strategies and serves on the Group Executive team shaping RBC's overall direction. Joining RBC in 1997, he initially focused on foreign exchange products before transitioning to roles in portfolio management and market risk across different regions. Prior to his current role, he led risk management teams supporting various RBC businesses. Graeme holds a Masters in Mathematics from the University of Waterloo and is a Chartered Financial Analyst. He also sits on the boards of the Global Risk Institute and the Risk Management Association.
