Tracy Kerrins, as the head of Technology and a member of the Operating Committee at Wells Fargo, leads a global team of IT and security professionals. Together, they implement an engineering-driven IT strategy to deliver stable, secure, scalable, and innovative services, ensuring 24/7 banking access for Wells Fargo's global customers through various channels. Tracy plays a crucial role in the digital transformation and customer experience advancement, contributing to risk management and innovation strategies. Previously serving as the Chief Information Officer for Consumer Technology and Enterprise Functions Technology, Tracy modernized technology and reinvented customer experiences for various units. She joined Wells Fargo in 2019 from Antares Capital, bringing over 15 years of experience from leadership roles at Bank of America, Accenture, and PriceWaterhouseCoopers. Tracy is a dedicated advocate for workplace diversity, launching initiatives and serving as a board member at The National Center for Women & Information Technology. She has received several awards, including the 2023 Women in Business Award and the 2022 Carolina CIO of the Year ORBIE award. Tracy holds a degree in Industrial and Operations Engineering from the University of Michigan
