Previously, she held the position of Chief Information Officer for the Corporate & Investment Bank. Beyond her professional roles, Beer is actively engaged in various advisory boards, including Teach for America New York, and supports initiatives to increase diversity in STEM careers through endowed scholarships at the University of Cincinnati and the University of Dayton, where she holds honorary doctorates.
