Mike Dargan assumed the role of Group Chief Operations and Technology Officer in May 2023 at UBS. Before this, he served as Group Chief Digital and Information Officer (CDIO) and led the Group Technology function since joining in 2016. In his current capacity, he oversees global functions like technology and corporate services. He was previously a sponsor for UBS's digital assets strategy, AI, Data and Analytics center of expertise, and agile transformation, which have now been integrated into his broader responsibilities. Prior to UBS, Mr. Dargan held senior positions in technology, corporate strategy, and investment banking at Standard Chartered Bank, Merrill Lynch, and Oliver Wyman.
