Roel assumed the role of Chief Transformation, Technology & Operations Officer on April 1, 2022, after joining the Bank as Chief Digital, Technology & Innovation Officer in November 2021. He leads the Bank's technology and operations strategy, overseeing the development of systems, business resilience framework, and infrastructure globally. Roel is also at the forefront of the bank-wide transformation, driving the digital evolution toward an agile and future-focused organization.
