Since November 2020, Eric Caen has served as the Chief Digital Officer at Crédit Agricole S.A. Group, overseeing digital strategy, data and artificial intelligence, and digital innovation. Previously, he co-founded Titus Interactive (1985-2005) and played key roles in leading Glowria, McDonald’s (2011-2015), Vimpelcom (2015-2016), and CMA-CGM (2017-2018) through significant digital transformations.
