Duggalis responsible for the payment, collection, liquidity management products as well as the electronic delivery channels used by the Bank\'s corporate clients. He has led the development of cash management capabilities, including the bank\'s web-based corporate internet banking platform – IDEAL as well the host-to-host linkages with large corporates. Previously, he was with ABN AMRO Bank and Citibank.He is a board member of AXS Pte Ltd, a Certified Project Management Professional and is an alumnus of the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore.
