Sharma is executive vice president and head of technology at IndusInd bank. He is responsible for the complete technology stack,which includes the information technology (IT) infrastructure, IT applications, and digital technology build. He has over two decades of extensive experience in banking financial services and insurance(BFSI) industry, specifically in retail banking, technology and insurance. Before joining IndusInd bank, Sharma worked for several financial institutions including Commerzbank, Barclays, ABN AMRO, Tata AIG, and Bank of America.
