Wong joined the bank in November 2004 as senior vice resident and head of wealth management and strategic planning. Wong is now an executive general manager and head of the retail banking group of the bank. She has 20 years\' experience in retail banking, with exposure to the various retail customer segments, different product disciplines as well as customer sales and service management.
