John is currently completing his Master of Science (MSc) in Coaching and Behavioural change at Henley Business School (2014-2017). In Q4 2013, John moved to a portfolio career becoming an executive and business coach, Non Executive Director (Lombard Risk Management plc) and private investor. Previously, John was a global business leader with 35 years experience in financial markets and banking, including significant change management through the cycles - market growth, contraction and distress. John's last role was based in Hong Kong at Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS) where he was CEO Asia Pacific, Global Markets and International Banking. John also performed the role of RBS Group Asia Pacific Chairman with oversight for retail, commercial, wholesale, investment banking and wealth management.
